Any code used with for a discount or items that are compare-to or already discounted, are final sale. No refunds. No exchanges. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return the item back to our store for store credit or exchange only. Sale items, listed final sale items, pre-orders, pre-sales, white items, items purchased with a discount or store credit, are a final sale purchase. Store credits must be used within 6 months of receipt, or they expire.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We ask that you also email us, with the tracking number of the proof of return, for any exchange item to be held.
Please contact us by email, in order to provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do not accept returns with damage due to incorrect sizing, daily wear and tear, seam pulls or snags due to jewelry or fingernails, or any item previously worn.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, pre-orders, pre-sales, thongs, white garments, items purchased with a discount code or store credit. We do not accept returns with damage due to incorrect sizing, daily wear and tear, seam pulls or snags due to jewelry or fingernails, or any item previously worn.
Exchanges
In order to hold an exchanged item, you must send proof of return back to us, at the time, we will let you know if the item and size you are requesting is available, and if the return is in good condition. If it is not in stock, you will receive a store credit for the value amount purchased. Exchanges must be the same value as the item purchased. There is a 10% restocking fee for any returns for store credit.
Refunds
Refunds are provided for over sold items, or issues with a factor defect. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Also, if you use specific payment installment plans, they have their own timeframe and policies on returns. Please contact Sezzle, ShopPay or PayPal, if you have chosen those installments.
